Hello and happy Friday! For this month’s Stampin’ Fancy Friday, our theme is Flower Power! I LOVE floral stamp sets, so this is right up my alley! For my card, I chose the Season of Chic Bundle. This bundle has elements for all four seasons, including great florals, and I adore all the dies for layering and texturing.

Did you know that July is World Watercolor month? Watercoloring is my favorite coloring tool, and I used a lot of it on this card. I painted a Tahitian Tide watercolor wash in the background, watercolored several of my die-cuts, and used a watercolor stamping technique to stamp the solid flowers.
To create the flowers, I inked up the flower stamp with Pale Papaya ink and then used a Sponge Dauber to add either Sweet Sorbet or Polished Pink ink to the edges. Then, I lightly spritzed the stamp and stamped on Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper.
For a little more intense color, I used some 2022-2024 In Color Glimmer Paper to cut the smaller flowers and centers, and some 2022-2024 In Color DSP to cut the hash die-cut and layer in the background.
My final touch was some Iridescent Pearls. They are one of my favorite new embellishments!
