For this month’s Stampin’ Fancy Friday, we are having a Color Celebration Challenge. The designers are picking color combinations to celebrate Stampin’ Up!’s Color Refresh. My project features the Timeless Arrangements Bundle with a color combination of Berry Burst, Blackberry Bliss, and Wild Wheat.

The Timeless Arrangements Bundle is a little hidden gem! You may not notice it at first, but it includes a bunch of great features. For example, it includes stitched rectangular label dies, multi leaf dies that hide behind the labels, numerous individual dies for layering, and great sentiments and botanical images. I love it!
This card was very simple to create. I started by watercoloring the background with Blackberry Bliss and Berry Burst ink. I used a large Water Painter to paint diagonally and blend an ombre pattern on Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper. Once it dried, I cut it out with the Deckled Rectangle Dies and stamped the small circles with Blackberry Bliss.
Next, I watercolored two panels of watercolor paper, one with Wild Wheat ink and one with Berry Burst ink. Then, I strategically picked areas with lots of color variation to cut the dies.
Lastly, I embossed the leaves in gold and stamped the flowers with Blackberry Bliss ink on watercolor paper and lightly watercolored them.
To create Blackberry Bliss embellishments, I used a Blackberry Bliss Stampin’ Blends Marker to color Glossy Dots. I love how you can use blends to customize embellishments like this!!
I used a couple of the Timeless Arrangements stamps to build my gold embossed sentiment and then added a Brushed Brass Butterfly.
I love this color combination and can’t wait to see what the other designers dream up!
