Personal Note:
On a personal note, I just got back from a long weekend in So. Cal. to celebrate my daughter’s postponed 2020 graduation from Loyola Marymont University. The graduation ceremony took place at the new SoFi Stadium and the keynote speaker was Viola Davis!!! (Best speech ever!) We are so very proud of Shannon and happy she was able to experience her long awaited ceremony.
On the home front, we are still in the midst of a BIG mess during our home renovation. The upstairs is finished, but the downstairs has a way to go, and there’s dust flying everywhere:) We have no kitchen and are lucky to have a bed to sleep in. I’m anxiously waiting for the reinstallation of my washer and dryer, but … I’m not holding my breath. Looks like it will at least be another week to 10 days, and then the unpacking starts. I miss crafting and classes so much, and am crossing my fingers that this will all be over soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
