The What Will You Stamp? Challenge Blog is featuring the Takeout Treats stamp set this week. You can find it on p. 50 of the Holiday Catalog. This is a great little stamp set with coordinating Takeout Thinlits Dies. The die cuts make tiny little takeout boxes that are sooooo cute! They’re perfect for all kinds of holiday gifts.
For my project, I decided to make a Fall-themed treat box.
I started out by cutting the treat box from Whisper White Cardstock. However, before I assembled it, a added strips of Pick-A-Pattern Washi Tape to each side. I was very careful to place the tape in exactly the same place on each side so it would align when I constructed the box.
To construct the box, I used Tear & Tape Adhesive. This adhesive is very strong and works great for 3-D projects.
To decorate my box, I cut a couple leaf sprigs using the In The Woods Framelits Dies from Watercolor Paper and watercolored them with Granny Apple Green ink.
Afterwards, I added a couple tags using the Takeout Thinlits and Corrugated Elements, and wrapped it with some Braided Linen Thread. That thread is my favorite embellishments from the Holiday Catalog! Did you know you can pull it apart and fray it similar to the Copper Trim? It’s an awesome accent!!!

I love how organic this project is Tami!
Thank you so much!
