Thank You 2023 & Happy New Year!

By | December 31, 2023

Hello Friends! I hope you had a fantastic 2023 and are looking forward to the New Year! Speaking of 2023, here’s my top 9 posts on Instagram (@tamilhewlett) for the year!!! I received more “likes” than ever and wanted to thank all my followers both there and here on my blog. Your support and encouragement means so much!

A Personal Note:

I also wanted to write a quick message to explain my lack of posts over the past couple weeks. Unfortunately, a week before Christmas, I got an infection in my lower leg that ended up causing me to be hospitalized for two days. It’s still a mystery how I got it, as I had no injuries. Luckily, I was able to come home from the hospital on Christmas Eve and spend a quiet Christmas with my husband. (Another stroke of luck is that we had celebrated a wonderful, early Christmas with our two adult children the previous weekend!) However, this infection has really taken its toll and I’m still fighting it. I’ve had to concentrate on resting and priorities like my full-time job. (The Christmas decorations will be sticking around a little longer than normal this year.) With all that said, I still don’t feel up to crafting, so I’ve had to bow out of a few upcoming blog hops. The good thing is that I came into all this quite healthy and strong, so I know I’ll be back on my feet (literally) soon!

While I had every intention of designing a new online class from one of the bundles in the JA Mini Catalog and announcing it in early January, I haven’t even started. So I ask your patience and indulgence for a little while longer as I fully recover.

The new JA Mini and Sale-A-Bration Catalogs will be going live on January 4, 2024. I’ll issue another newsletter with links to the PDF versions on that date.

Happy New Year and I wish you the best in 2024!

    Tami,
Please rest and don’t apologize! Life handed you more than your share of woe! BTW, I am a retired adult Nurse Practitioner. That must have been a doozy of an infection/cellulitis to get you hospitalized! Take care.

Hi Patricia, Thank you so much for your sweet comment. You are right on the money with your diagnosis. It really was a doozy. At least now I’m going in the right direction, but it’s a little too slow for my taste. Haha! xxx
