My husband and I recently went to a fun party up in the mountains (Bear Valley area) hosted by some friends. We wanted to bring a gift — some Weibel sparkling wine made in nearby Lodi, California. (It comes in some amazing flavors, including the Citron pictured here. I highly recommend it!) So, I decided to create a fun tag using the Rooted in Nature suite of products.
Rooted in Nature is perfect for rustic themed projects, such as this one. I’m just getting my feet wet with this stamp set, and this was a quick and simple project I threw together. I’m not entirely sure I like the end result. In fact, I considered not posting it to my blog. But then, I figured why not?
One thing l really love about this stamp set is that the coordinating Nature’s Roots Framelits Dies cuts out almost every image. It makes projects easy and fast. I simply selected a color palette that coordinated with the beautiful Nature’s Poem Designer Series Paper (Soft Suede, Crushed Curry, Cajun Craze, Mint Macaron, and Tranquil Tide) and started stamping.
You can purchase the Rooted in Nature stamp set and coordinating framelits dies in a bundle for 10% off!
My husband wanted the tag to say “Cheers” on the tag, and since I didn’t have a current stamp with that sentiment, I used the Make A Difference stamp set to spell it out. I absolutely LOVE that versatile stamp set. It’s got everything you need to write any sentiment you’d ever want, even double letters like the “ee” I used here.
I threw in a few retired products, including the large gusseted cello bag and Gold Satin Ribbon.
