Hello and welcome to the Color Fusers Blog Hop for October 2021! This month, we have a color combination that’s just perfect for Fall, including Just Jade, Evening Evergreen, and Cajun Craze.

I have a bunch of masculine birthday cards to make in October, so I decided to get cracking. For this card, I used the Beauty of Tomorrow Bundle to make a card with colorful Fall leaves.
I used Water Painters to watercolor a sheet of Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper with the challenge colors and then cut it out with the Beautiful Leaves Dies. That big, huge die-cut in the background is so pretty! I just love it!!! I think it’s interesting to see how watercoloring with Cajun Craze resulted in shades of yellow, orange, and red. I also cut out the smaller leaves from the same sheet of watercolor paper, but this time, I sponged a little Versamark ink on the edges and embossed the tips with gold.
In the background, I stamped the splatter with Evening Evergreen ink on Evening Evergreen Cardstock and then dry embossed the whole layer with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder.
Next, I stamped and embossed a couple of the Beauty of Tomorrow images on Cajun Craze Cardstock in gold and cut them out with the coordinating dies.
Lastly, to break up the colors, I added a Tasteful Label cut from Just Jade Cardstock and a sentiment borrowed from the Blossoms in Bloom stamp set.
