#TGIFC542 — Sketch Challenge | Swimming In Stamps

Happy Friday! We have a fun new sketch challenge at TGIF Challenges this week with multiple diamonds. You could also substitute the diamonds with another shape… I stuck with the diamonds and featured the new Snowflake Kisses Bundle from Stampin’ Up!’s Online Exclusives.

For the diamonds, I used the Stylish Shapes Dies. I pre-painted Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper with a combination of Pool Party, Fresh Freesia, and Soft Sea Foam ink for a soft color palette.

I cut the snowflakes from both Basic White and Pool Party Cardstock and then painted them with a Wink of Stella Glitter Brush for some added holiday sparkle.

The cute label (with small snowflakes on the sides) is part of the Snowflake Kisses Dies. It works perfectly with several of the sentiments in that bundle.

In the background, I dry embossed a layer of Basic White with the Soft Waves 3D Embossing Folder and then splattered it with a Pool Party Stampin’ Blends Marker. Before adhering it, and the Soft Sea Foam layer below, I used the blade of my Paper Snips to rough up the edges.

The Snowflake Kisses Stamp Set has lots of cute sentiments for winter and holiday cards too!
