Hi Stamping Friends and Happy Friday! It’s time for a new TGIF Sketch Challenge. This is a great one, because anything in threes is visually appealing. I decided to use the new Online Exclusive — Textured Notes Bundle. The more I use it, the more I love it! It’s so different and it’s part of a mega suite with coordinating products including two packs of designer series paper (DSP) (Woven Textures DSP and Botanical Textures DSP), a fantastic Mini Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder, and embellishments!

I decided I wanted to use the woven circle image in the Textured Notes Stamp Set to create the three focal points. It’s a little large for a standard-sized card, so I opted for a slimline card to give myself a little more room. I stamped the images with Pecan Pie ink on a layer of Woven Textures DSP that looks like linen. Next, I stamped the leaves with Early Espresso ink.

I fussy cut the leaves on top from the Botanical Textures DSP. That paper is printed entirely in black and white, so it’s perfect for coloring! For this card, I used Granny Apple Green and Garden Green watercolor pencils from Assortment 1. After coloring the paper, I used a small Water Painter to brush a little bit of water and blend the pencil. (Tip: Color the DSP first and then fussy cut.)

The Textured Notes Dies include multiple sizes of rectangles with varying borders. I LOVE the designs and they look so good with the textures and botanicals of this mega suite. For the sentiment, I cut it out with one die and then used another to add strips of a fancier border cut from Early Espresso Cardstock.
The final touches included a Linen Thread bow and some Pecan Pie Matte Dots.
