Stampin’ Fancy Friday – Blooming Florals with Paradise Garden Bundle

By | March 14, 2026

Our March Stampin’ Fancy Friday theme is Blooming Florals. I love it! I always look forward to colorful flowers and warmer temperatures this time of year. And, floral cards are one of my favorites. I think you’re going to love all the projects this month!

To see all the designers’ projects using this month’s theme, keep an eye on the Stampin’ Fancy Friday Facebook and Instagram pages. We’d also love to see any of your projects using our theme! Be sure to tag them with @stampinfancyfriday so we can find and admire them!

My project features the Paradise Garden Bundle – a new March Online Exclusive. It’s part of the gorgeous Garden Poetry Suite Collection with loads of coordinating products. I’ve included a strip of the beautiful Garden Poetry Designer Series Paper in the background, a few of the Garden Epoxy Dots, and some gorgeous Berry Burst Shiny Ribbon. But mostly, this card focuses on the bundle.

The Paradise Garden Bundle includes photopolymer stamps and the “hybrid embossing folder”, which has both dies and a coordinating 3D embossing folder. (One of the dies fits into the embossing folder to both cut and emboss at the same time.) For this project, I simply used the embossing folder to dry emboss the Basic White background, but I can’t wait to try out the hybrid on a future project.

I created my flowers with a watercolor stamping technique. I used Sponge Daubers to add multiple colors of ink directly to the stamps, then gave the stamps a little spritz, and stamped on Basic White Cardstock. The spritzing mixes the ink colors and results in a nice watercolor effect. I used Blackberry Bliss, Berry Burst, and Bubble Bath ink for the flowers and Old Olive and Granny Apple Green ink for the leaves.

I also pre-painted a sheet of Basic White Cardstock with a random watercolor wash of Old Olive and Granny Apple Green ink so I could use it to die-cut leaves with the Lovely Arrangements Dies.

Layered behind the flowers are a few die-cuts from Blackberry Bliss Two-Tone Cardstock that I sponged with Blackberry Bliss ink just to break up the colors a bit. I also stamped the sentiment on the same paper and die-cut two labels for contrast.

The ribbon and embellishments in this suite are really beautiful. The ribbon is thin and easy to tie and layer, and I love the small flowers included in the epoxy dots.

I hope this card inspires you to try this stamping technique and check out the amazing Online Exclusives! Have a wonderful and creative day!
