Hi Friends! I’m back from OnStage in Anaheim and had such an awesome time!!! It was so fun to see all my crafty friends and give them hugs after three years of virtual events. There is nothing like in-person events. I thought it would be fun to share a few highlights:)
It all started a couple days before. I met up with some friends to go to California Adventure Park. I mean if you’re in Anaheim, you have to go to a theme park, right? I hung out with old and new friends and had a blast! Pictured here are Elaine Schader, Anne Oshiro, Sarah Edwards, and me.
On the day of OnStage, my mom Lorrie and I headed out to the Anaheim Convention Center. I LOVE that she joins me for all these events! It’s a special bond we have and long-standing tradition. I’m pretty sure we’ve attended every event possible during the past nine years since becoming demonstrators.
The first person we ran into was Cindy Schuster! She’s works for Concept Art at Stampin’ Up! and has been the leader of the Artisan Design Team both years that I’ve been a member. Plus, we met her at our very first convention!!! She’s such a sweet, wonderful, talented friend!
Then, we immediately met up with my sweet friend Tammy Wilson.
More photos of great friends. Pictured below is Tammy Wilson, me, Elizabeth Price, Bree Renwick, and Wendy Weixler. All are on the TGIF Challenges Team and both Tammy and Elizabeth are on the new Artisan team again next year. Wahoo, I’m so happy for them! They’re both amazing!!!
We got a great table right in front. Perfect viewing for all the presentations of new products from the January-June Mini and Sale-A-Bration Catalogs. There were also celebrations of achievements for sales, team building, leadership, overall performance as well as the Heart of Stampin’ Up and encouraging/uplifting speeches by the CEO Sara Douglass. We also had time to create make and takes with a new kit. (I still need to finish mine, so I’ll post that another time. I was just too busy visiting and gabbing.)
Cindy did a fantastic presentation and we were all her biggest cheerleaders!
I did a recorded presentation that was only shown at the longer 3-day event in Vienna Austria. I’ll be able to share those projects starting November 28th, so stay tuned!!!
During the event, some incredibly thoughtful ladies gave me the beautiful swaps below. (Even when I had nothing to swap back!!!) These beautiful swaps were provided by Elaine Schader (gift bag on top left), Lisa Hardin (pink box with coaster), Elizabeth Price (Leaves of Holly card), and Marcie Besecker (ALL the rest!) Aren’t the beautiful? Thank you again, I appreciate them all!!!
This last photo includes previews of some of the new products, including stamp sets, designer series paper, and embellishments that I received during the event!!! Prize patrol is the BEST! Afterwards, we also got a chance to pre-order a bunch of products from the new catalogs. I had a huge box delivered to me yesterday full of fun, new goodies!!! Oh Happy Day!
I can’t wait to dive into all the fun new products. Although, I still have Christmas cards to finish and my son’s wedding next week! So exciting!!!
Have a wonderful and creative day!
