Color Fusers Blog Hop – February 2026

Hello and welcome to the Color Fusers Blog Hop for February 2026. This month, we have a color combination from the Subtles Family, including Fresh Freesia, Bubble Bath, and Balmy Blue. Colors within the same family always go well together, so I knew this challenge was going to be a fun one.

I decided to use the new Lovely Arrangements Bundle for my project. It’s a January Online Exclusive with great flower stamps and coordinating dies, including the cool circle die in the background below. I also used the January Product of the Month – Fabulous Sayings Stamp Set. (You can get this stamp set for only $5 when you place a qualifying order of $75 USD while supplies last.)

I absolutely love the unique circle die-cut in the background. It’s so fun and versatile! You can use it as a background, as I’ve done here over an ink blended background of Balmy Blue. But, you can also cut it into smaller strips or adhere it under a layer to create a scallop edge. (See the Fresh Freesia Two-Tone Cardstock behind the “Sending” sentiment.)

For the flowers, I heat embossed them in white on Basic White Cardstock and then watercolored them with Fresh Freesia and Bubble Bath ink. To get the intense color in the centers, I waited for the initial watercolor layer to slightly dry and then added more color.

Finally, to make the centers of the flowers sparkle, I added some Wink Of Stella.

On the inside, I added more of the same along with a Valentine greeting from the Hearts of Elegance Stamp Set.
