Today, I’m sharing some Tiny Treat Boxes. These boxes are the perfect size to fit six Ghirardelli Chocolate Squares. I go to Costco and buy a couple big bags of peppermint bark and chocolate holiday squares, mix them up, stuff the boxes, and voila; I’ve got some perfect little treats to hand out to friends and neighbors. These little treats would also look great as table decorations for holiday dinner parties.
I didn’t spend a lot of time of these. I’m making LOTS!!! I decided to decorate them with some of my leftover holiday designer series paper and embellishments and then add some tags using the Antique Tags hostess stamp set. This stamp set coordinates with several punches and framelit dies and is available to earn for free when you host a qualifying party with sales of $150.
For this first box, I embossed the tag in gold and added a Metallic Foil Doily as an accent. I also used the Bow Builder Punch to create a coordinating Mossy Meadow bow.
For my next box, I stamped the Antique Tag stamp with Basic Gray Archival ink so I could watercolor the Santa. This time, I used some Silver Foil paper to make my bow and match the Metallic Foil Doily.
Lastly, I embossed my tag in gold and used a little bit of Home For Christmas Designer Series Paper to accent the tag. Because these boxes are tiny, it’s easy use little leftovers like this.
