Sale-A-Bration is in full swing! This is the best time of the year to SHOP for Stampin’ Up! products, because each time you spend $50 between January 5 and March 31, 2016, you qualify to select a free Sale-A-Bration product. You’re not going to want to miss this!!!
Did you know that there are other benefits to Sale-A-Bration as well? Well, I can thing of TWO. First, if you HOST a party during Sale-A-Bration, you can earn an extra $25 in host rewards when your party sales equal $250 or more! You can spend those dollars on exclusive host stamp sets or anything in the current catalogs. So, call me and let’s party.
Second, this is the absolute best time of the year to JOIN Stampin’ Up! as a demonstrator and become part of my team! Here’s the scoop.
- You can purchase the Demonstrator Starter Kit for $99, yet you get to pick $155 of products!!! (That’s $30 more than the regular Starter Kit.) Seriously, you get $56 worth of FREE products, including bundles that are already 15% off or Weekly Deals.
- But, that’s not all. The kit ships to you FREE for another 10% off. Then, once you’re a demonstrator, you save at least 20% on all future purchases and you have the opportunity to earn Stampin’ Rewards and special promotions.
- You also receive free catalogs and get the opportunity to preview and pre-order new products.
- Finally, you have until the first full quarter after joining to test out being a demonstrator and meet the minimum sales of $300. That means, if you join now, you don’t need to reach $300 in sales until June 2016! And, if you end up not meeting the minimum, you can simply drop out with no penalty.
It’s up to you if you want to turn your demonstratorship into a business or just keep it as a hobby. I welcome both equally.

Well speaking of Sale-A-Bration, I have another card to share with you today that I made with the Botanicals For You and the Timeless Textures stamp sets. Botanicals For You is a great stamp set that coordinates with a whole suite of products in the Occasions catalog, including the Botanical Gardens Designer Series Paper and Botanical Builder Framelits Dies that I used here. It’s definitely one of my favorite Sale-A-Bration stamp sets.
If you look closely, I used the Timeless Textures stamp set on this card to create a subtle background by randomly stamping with White Craft ink. I used the same stamp set to add a few splatters on the label as well.
Do you notice the glimmer on the first letters of the sentiment? I just received a Wink of Stella Glitter Brush and thought I’d try it out. It’s super easy and fun! Plus, there’s a great video on how to use it that you can view HERE.
I wanted to keep this card fairly simple focusing on the two main colors of the background DSP. I’m discovering that I really love the Botanical Builder Framelits Dies because of the ability to create flowers and leaves in any color combination. I especially love the fern leaf, if you haven’t noticed.
