Project Life – A Real Adventure!

By | July 20, 2015

I’ve been helping my sister Jill finish some Project Life pages.  She and her husband, Emile, recently traveled to Berkeley with their son Jon to attend a college orientation.  While Jon was busy at his orientation, Jill and Emile spent the day in San Francisco and decided to go for a “walk.”  And oh boy, did it turn out to be some walk!  They ended up walking 17 miles from Pier 9 all the way to Sausalito!!!  I can’t even imagine walking that far in one day.  For Emile, I guess I’m not that surprised, because he runs half marathons (and maybe whole marathons — I’m not sure.)  But, my sister Jill?  Wow, I’m so impressed that she could do that!  But, the kicker was when they got to Sausalito, they were too late for the ferry to ride back to San Francisco!!!  Luckily, they were able to get a hold of my nephew Michael who lives there to drive them back!

Anyway, Jill sent me all these great photos of their adventure and I had a blast putting together this Project Life page for her.

I found some perfect pocket cards in the Let’s Get Away Card Collection.  I have this collection both digitally and in real paper.  You can download the card collection from Becky Higgins’ digitalprojectlife.com website.  And, you can buy the real life card collection at my online store.  To complete my page, I used several stamp brushes from The Best Year Photobook download and some banners from A Split Second.  My font is called BeckyScript, which I downloaded it from Becky Higgins’ website as well.

Hope this inspires you to complete a Project Life page!
