Face In the Hole

By | August 17, 2015

I have the craziest, funniest family!!!  Seriously, they keep me in stitches.

In particular, I love the two photos on this page.  Every time I look at at them, I laugh.  I’m giggling just sitting here writing this!  Two times during our recent vacation, we had an opportunity to take “face in the hole” pics.  Both times, my kids and husband just nailed it.  The only one just standing there smiling was me!  Everyone else was hamming it up.  I guess every funny guy needs a straight person, and that’s me…

I knew these photos deserved a little more effort than a typical Project Life page, so I went with a free form design.  However, I did use the Happy Times Project Life Card Collection for most of this page.

You can purchase the Happy Times Project Life Card Collection in physical cards for a traditional Project Life memory page from Stampin’ Up!  But, you can also purchase the card collection in digital form from Becky Higgin’s Store at digitalprojectlife.com.  I love getting the card collections in digital form because I can use the cards over and over as many times as I want.  Another advantage to getting the cards in digital format is that I can re-size them.  For this page, I used expanded cards as my background and to stack behind my photos.  I also cropped a card with an oval punch to form my title, “Love Your Face.”  It seemed to suit this page perfectly!

I completed this page on My Digital Studio, but you could do a similar page using My Memories Suite or physical paper and Project Life cards.

Project Life is a great way to organize and capture your precious memories.  It’s easy and fast!  All you need to do is start one page at a time.  I guarantee, you’ll be happy you did it!
